FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

How onboarding works

  1. Choose a plan — pick the plan matching which categories you need.
  2. Complete KYC — one-time via a KYC Registration Agency (KRA) partner, required before any paid research service.
  3. Make payment — into official bank account only, never personal.
  4. Start using it — login and welcome guide arrive by email once set up.

Is Easy Trade Insights SEBI registered?

Yes. Vivek Soni, Proprietor, registered with SEBI as a part-time Research Analyst under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, Reg. No. INH000022419. Verifiable directly on the SEBI website.

Do you guarantee returns or profits?

No. Never assured/guaranteed/fixed returns — prohibited by SEBI regulation. Every verdict is research and analysis, not a guarantee.

Do you manage my money, trades, or accounts?

No. Research and analysis only. Never manage funds/portfolios, never operate your trading/demat account, never execute trades. Never ask for account login credentials or OTPs.

Why is KYC required before I can pay for a service?

SEBI regulation requires RAs to complete KYC for fee-paying clients via a KRA. One-time; not repeated for renewals.

How do I pay, and is it safe?

Only via banking channels — UPI, net banking, or verified payment gateway — into official account. Never cash, never a personal account. Report anyone claiming to represent us asking for payment elsewhere.

What is "Research with TradingView"?

Where available (Derivatives, Cash Equity, Consultancy, Learning), pull up a live TradingView chart and get research grounded in what's on that chart, not a generic call.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Can end service if we fail to provide committed research. Cannot cancel solely because a trade didn't work out — that's a normal market outcome, not a service failure. Full terms in T&C.

What if I have a complaint?

Contact us directly first. If unsatisfied, escalate via SEBI's SCORES platform (scores.sebi.gov.in) or SMART ODR portal (smartodr.in). Full grievance-redressal detail, including timelines, is on the Disclosures page.
